Cosy autumn soups and beer, à la Keats

SAB World of Beer thought deeply about this “close bosom-friend” aspect of autumn and decided to make soup our own seasonal bosom-friend: soup and beer, or beer and soup, whichever way you want it. We’re matchmaking the hop or malt profile of the beer – the flavour, colour and bitterness – with the wholesomeness, spice and warmth of soup. Butternut and sweet potato with fresh ginger and rosemary soup is perfectly paired with icy cold Castle draught.
